摘　　要：目的纵向调查结直肠癌患者口服化疗药物依从性与疾病感知的相关性。方法选择2017年1月至2019年8月于我院化疗的200例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,对化疗第1,4,8周期时口服化疗药物依从性与疾病感知进行纵向调查,并分析二者之间的相关性。结果结直肠癌患者化疗第1周期时口服化疗药物依从性评分最高,达到(7.21±0.54)分,随着化疗周期的延长口服化疗药物依从性逐渐下降;随着化疗周期的延长,正性疾病感知评分逐渐降低,负性疾病感知评分逐渐升高。Pearson相关性分析显示,结直肠癌患者口服化疗药物依从性评分与正性疾病感知评分呈正相关(P<0.05),与负性疾病感知评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论随着化疗周期的延长结直肠癌患者口服化疗药物依从性逐渐降低,应积极干预、引导,提升正性疾病感知水平,进而改善口服化疗药物依从性。Objective Longitudinal investigation of the correlation between the compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs and disease perception in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods To select 200 cases of patients with colorectal cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 as the study subjects.A longitudinal investigation was conducted on the compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs and disease perception during the first,fourth,and eighth cycles of chemotherapy,and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results Patients with colorectal cancer had the highest compliance score of oral chemotherapy drugs at the first cycle of chemotherapy,reaching(7.21±0.54)points.With the prolongation of the chemotherapy cycle,the compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs gradually decreased,with the prolongation of the chemotherapy cycle,the positive disease perception score gradually decreased,and the negative disease perception score gradually increased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the compliance score of oral chemotherapy drugs in patients with colorectal cancer was positively correlated with the positive disease perception score(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the negative disease perception score(P<0.05).Conclusion With the prolongation of the chemotherapy cycle,the compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs in patients with colorectal cancer gradually decreased.It was necessary to actively intervene and guide to improve the level of positive disease perception and further improve the compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs.
