眼球摘除术后患者心理状况影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眼球摘除术后患者心理状况的影响因素与干预策略。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的眼球摘除术后患者130例作为研究对象。回顾性分析患者的临床资料,采用医学焦虑和抑郁量表评估其心理状态。通过单因素分析眼球摘除术后不良心理状况的相关影响因素,采用多因素logistic回归分析确定眼球摘除术后发生不良心理状况的独立影响因素。结果130例中出现不良心理状况27例,占20.77%;其中轻度18例(66.66%),中度7例(25.93%),重度2例(7.41%)。单因素分析显示,年龄、摘除时间、摘除原因及人格特质为眼球摘除术后出现不良心理状况的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、摘除原因及人格特质为眼球摘除术后出现不良心理状况的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论眼球摘除术后患者存在焦虑及抑郁情绪,需给予其更多鼓励、陪伴、心理关注及社会支持,针对性心理疏导是改善不良心理状况的有效手段。Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention strategy of psychological status of the patients after ophthalmectomy.Methods To select 130 cases of patients after ophthalmectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively,and their psychological status was assessed by using the medical anxiety and depression scale.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the related influencing factors of unhealthy psychological conditions after ophthalmectomy,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent influencing factors of unhealthy psychological conditions after ophthalmectomy.Results In the 130 cases,27 cases had unhealthy psychological conditions,accounting for 20.77%.Among them,18 cases were mild(66.66%),7 cases were moderate(25.93%),and 2 caseswere severe(7.41%).Univariate analysis showed that the age,time and the reason of extraction eyeball,and personality traits were the relevant influencing factors of unhealthy psychological status after ophthalmectomy(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age,reason of extraction eyeball,and personality traits were the independent influencing factors of unhealthy psychological status after ophthalmectomy(P<0.05).Conclusion There was anxiety and depression in patients after ophthalmectomy,and more encouragement,companionship,psychological attention and social support should be given to them.A targeted psychological counseling was an effective way to improve the unhealthy psychological status.
