摘　　要：目的探讨临床依据正面信息前置呈现式谈话手册在脑卒中患者溶栓决策引导中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月于我院接受急救的急性缺血性脑卒中患者94例为研究样本,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组以传统沟通谈话方式开展溶栓治疗沟通,即以面对面谈话结合相关知识图谱的方式进行,试验组在对照组基础上以临床依据正面信息前置呈现式谈话手册为决策辅助工具对脑卒中病例开展溶栓决策引导,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组溶栓决策同意率和60 min内溶栓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以临床依据正面信息前置呈现式谈话手册为决策辅助工具对脑卒中病例开展溶栓决策引导,可显著提高该类病例的溶栓决策率,缩短决策耗时,提高60 min内静脉溶栓治疗率。Objective To explore the application effect of pre-presentation talk manual of clinical presentation based on positive information in the guidance of thrombolysis decision-making of stroke patients.Methods To select 94 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke who received first aid in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 as the study samples,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group carried out thrombolytic therapy by traditional communication and conversation method,that was,the method of face-to-face conversation combined with relevant knowledge maps,and the test group took pre-presentation talk manual of clinical presentation based on positive information in the guidance based on the control group as a decision-making aid tool for the thrombolytic decision-making guidance of stroke cases,the indexes observed were compared after intervention in the two groups.Results The agreement rate of thrombolysis decision-making and the thrombolysis rate within 60 min in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of taking pre-presentation talk manual of clinical presentation based on positive information in the guidance as a decision-making aid tool for the thrombolytic decision-making guidance of stroke cases,which can significantly improve the thrombolysis decision-making rate of such cases,shorten the time-consuming decision-making,and improve the treatment rate of thrombolysis within 60 min.
