依从性指导对膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂撕脱性骨折患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨依从性指导对膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂撕脱性骨折患者的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂撕脱性骨折患者160例为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予早期康复护理干预,观察组在其基础上实施依从性指导,比较两组护理前后的依从性、健康信念、膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者依从性、健康信念得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节功能恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依从性指导干预可显著提高患者护理依从性和健康信念,对改善其膝关节功能恢复状况具有重要作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of compliance guidance for avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint in patients.Methods To select 160 cases of patients with avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented compliance guidance on the basis of it to compare the compliance,health belief,and knee joint function recovery of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of compliance and health belief in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The knee joint function recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compliance guidance intervention can significantly improve patient's nursing compliance and health belief,and play an important role in improving the recovery of knee function.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
