摘　　要：目的:研制一种输液固定板式上肢约束带,并对其临床应用效果和使用的满意度进行观察和分析。方法:选取在医院急诊科就诊的60例意识障碍患者,采取系统抽样的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。在输液时上肢体约束中,对照组患者应用传统约束带进行约束,观察组患者应用输液固定板式上肢约束带进行约束。比较两组患者的非计划拔管率、输液针头脱出率、约束部位的皮肤破损率和使用的满意度。结果:观察组患者的非计划拔管率、输液针头脱出率以及约束部位的皮肤破损率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.32,x^2=38.57,x^2=5.19;P<0.05);观察组患者使用的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.28,P<0.05)。结论:应用输液固定板式上肢约束带能有效降低意识障碍患者肢体约束过程中不良事件的发生率,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。Objective:To research and develop a plate-type of restraint band in fixation for infusion,and to observe and analyze the effect of clinical application of this restraint band and satisfaction in application.Methods:Sixty patients with disturbance of consciousness who were selected from the emergency department ward of hospital were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The patients in control group were restrained by traditional restraint bands,and patients in observation group were restrained by plate-type of restraint band in fixation for infusion in the restraint for limbs during infusion.The unplanned extubation rate,infusion needle withdrawal rate,skin lesion rate at the restraint position and the satisfaction of use between the two groups were further compared.Results:The unplanned extubation rate,the infusion needle withdrawal rate and the skin lesion rate of the restraint position of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(x^2=4.32,x^2=38.57,x^2=5.19,P<0.05),respectively.The satisfaction of patients of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(x^2=11.28,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the plate-type of restraint band in fixation for infusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the restraint process for the limb of patients with disturbance of consciousness,and it can improve comfort and satisfaction of patients.
