摘 要:目的:探讨全自动生化分析仪交叉污染的来源及测试方法,评估其交叉污染情况。方法:选取吸光度检查液(染料)和0.9%生理盐水分别作为污染物和被污染物,根据生化分析仪工作时序特点,在开放通道设置相应的检测程序,先后测定染料和生理盐水的吸光度,对样本加注系统、试剂加注系统(试剂1、试剂2)及反应杯的交叉污染进行测试和评估。结果:样本加注系统综合交叉污染率测试结果为0.067%。试剂1加注系统综合交叉污染率为0.0530%,试剂2加注系统综合交叉污染率为0.029%;反应杯交叉污染测试吸光度均值及最大误差均无明显增加。结论:测试仪器样本加注系统和试剂加注系统交叉污染率均<0.1%,亦未发现反应杯存在交叉污染,证实仪器携带污染符合要求,并为后续仪器交叉污染测试提供了正常参照。临床实验室应当定期测试、评估全自动生化分析仪交叉污染情况。Objective:To explore the sources and test methods of cross contamination of fully automatic biochemical analyzer so as to assess the condition of cross contamination.Methods:The examination liquid(dye)of absorbance and 0.9%saline were selected as contaminant and contaminated material,respectively.According to the characteristics of work time sequence of biochemical analyzer,the corresponding detection procedure was set at openness access.And the absorbance of dye and saline were successively determined.And the cross contamination of sample aspirate and dispense system(reagent1),reagent aspirate(reagent 2)and dispense system and cuvettes were tested and assessed.Results:The test result of comprehensive cross contamination rate of sample aspirate and dispense system was 0.067%,and that of reagent 1 aspirate and dispense system was 0.0530%,and that of reagent 2 aspirate and dispense system was 0.029%.And there were no obvious increase on mean and the largest error of absorbance of the measurement of cross contamination of cuvettes.Conclusion:The cross contamination rates both sample aspirate and dispense system and reagent aspirate and dispense system of tested instrument are less than 0.1%,and the cross contamination don’t be found in cuvettes.These results indicate that the contamination on instrument meets the requirement,and it provides normal reference for the test of cross contamination of successor instrument.Clinical laboratory should periodically test and assess the situation of cross contamination for full-autonomic biochemical analyzer.
