摘  要:目的:研究对比剂增强磁共振血管造影(CE-MRA)联合磁共振血管壁成像(MR-VWI)技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择医院收治的73例经数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查为颅内动脉瘤患者,分别给予CE-MRA、MR-VWI检查,分析其联合应用于疾病诊断中的检出率及对瘤体最大直径的测定。结果:所有患者经过DSA检查发现,73例颅内动脉瘤患者中共检出77个病灶。MRA检查显示70个病灶,检出率90.91%(70/77),漏诊7个,漏诊率9.09%(7/77)。MR-VWI技术检查显示68个病灶,检出率88.31%(68/77),漏诊9个,漏诊率11.69%(9/77)。所有患者经DSA、CE-MRA与MRVWI检查后,其病灶最大径相比差异无统计学意义。结论:对比剂增强MRA联合MR-VWI技术运用于颅内动脉瘤中具有较高的诊断价值,不仅增加病灶的检出率,同时可获得管壁相关信息,进一步提升诊断结果的准确性,具有临床使用的价值。Objective:To study the value of combined application of contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography(CE-MRA)and magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging(MR-VWI)technique in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Methods:73 patients with intracranial aneurysm who underwent check of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in our hospital were selected.And then,they underwent CE-MRA and MR-VWI,respectively,and the relevance ratio of combined examination in diagnosis on disease and the determination of combined examination on the largest diameter of tumor were further analyzed.Results:The results of DSA on all patients indicated there were 77 lesions in 73 patients with intracranial aneurysm.The results of MRA indicated there were 70 lesions in 73 patients,and the relevance ratio of MRA was 90.91%(70/77),and 7 cases were missed diagnosis and the missed diagnosis rate was 9.09%(7/77).The results of MR-VWI indicated there were 68 lesions in 73 patients,and its relevance ratio was 88.31%(68/77),and 9 cases were missed diagnosis and the missed diagnosis rate was 11.69%(9/77).The difference of the maximum diameter of lesions of all patients among DSA,CE-MRA and MR-VWI was not significant.Conclusion:The combined examination of CE-MRA and MR-VWI technique has higher diagnostic value for intracranial aneurysm,and it not only can increase relevant ratio for lesions but also obtain the related information of vessel wall,and it can further increase the accuracy of diagnostic results.And it has value in clinical application.
