摘　　要：目的:基于新版实验室信息系统(LIS)建设,探讨多院区检验标本流转的安全管理。方法:升级客户机与服务器(C/S)架构的旧版本LIS,采用升级后的新版LIS,结合医院多院区间标本流转实际,设计多院区检验标本流转方案,以标本流程为主线,以全面质量管理为基本要求,对标本全过程管理方式方法调整改造,利用对标本流转的实时监控和可追溯性,保证多院区标本流转的安全。结果:多院区检验标本流转方案的实施,实现了对每个标本各流转环节的全程节点控制和检验标本的闭环管理,规范了标本的交接和接收,避免了标本遗失,从根本上保障了患者权益,标本运送时间由实施前的94 min缩短为73 min,标本损坏率由5%降至2.3%。结论:基于新版LIS的多院区检验标本流转方案可优化实验室检验流程,缩短标本流转时间,完善标本全流程监控,可实现标本的溯源和数字化管理,保障检验标本的流转安全和检验质量。Objective:To explore the safety management of the circulation of test specimens in multi regions of hospital based on the construction of the new laboratory information system(LIS).Methods:Upgraded the old version of LIS with client and server(C/S)architecture to the new version of LIS with browser and server(B/S)architecture.The new version combined with the actual circulation of specimens in multi regions of hospitals,and designed the circulation scheme of specimens among multi regions of hospital.The scheme took the specimen flow as the main line,and it took the overall quality management as the basic requirement,and adjusted and reconstructed the whole process management methods of specimens,and used the real-time supervision and traceability for specimen circulation to ensure the safety of specimen circulation among multi regions of hospital.Results:The implementation of circulation scheme of specimen among multi regions of hospital realized the critical point control of whole process of each circulation link of each specimen and the closed-loop management of test specimen,and standardized the connection and reception for specimen,and avoided loss of specimen,and fundamentally guaranteed the right of patients.And the shipping time was shortened from 94 min pre implementation to 73 min post implementation,and the damage rate of specimen was reduced from 5%to 2.35.Conclusion:Based on the new LIS,the circulation scheme of test specimens among multi regions of hospital can optimize the test process of laboratory,and shorten the circulation time of specimens,and improve the whole process monitoring for specimens,and it can realize the traceability and digital management of specimens,and guarantee the circulation safety and inspection quality of test specimens.
