摘 要:氡及其子体在地球上广泛存在,是最重要的内照射来源,可在呼吸道系统造成内照射,导致人体罹患肺癌的概率极大增加。铀矿山、非铀矿山和地下涵洞等工作场所作业人员的氡及其子体致个人内照射引起的危害风险尤其需要得到重视,需开展个人剂量监测。结合国内外文献及相关应用,总结被动累积式氡个人剂量计的发展历程,讨论被动累积式氡个人剂量计的类型和方法的技术进展,为被动累积式氡个人剂量计的进一步发展和优化提供参考,从而推进氡个人剂量监测服务。Radon and its daughters are widespread on earth and are the most important source of internal exposure,which can cause internal exposure in the respiratory tract system and lead to the greatly increase of the probability of affecting lung cancer of human body.In particular,attention should be paid to the risk from personal exposure of operating personnel to Radon and its daughters in workplaces such as Uranium mines,non-Uranium mines and underground culverts,and personal dose monitoring of them should be carried out.In this paper,the development history of passively cumulative personal dosimeter is summarized based on domestic and foreign literature and relevant applications,and the types and methods of passively cumulative personal dosimeter are introduced to provide reference for further development and optimization of passively cumulative personal dosimeter,so as to promote the monitoring service of individual Radon dose.
