摘　　要：大型医疗设备单光子发射型计算机断层显像/X射线计算机断层扫描(SPECT/CT)由多种零部件构成,SPECT探头和准直器是SPECT/CT设备的核心部件,由于部件运动频繁,准直器容易发生故障。通过了解自动追踪人体轮廓(ABC)系统运行原理,对1例准直器ABC Cover故障进行分析,提出处理方法,并对设备构造提出改进建议,以提高SPECT/CT使用的安全性和经济性。The single-photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT),a large medical device,consisted of many kinds of accessories,and the detector and collimator of SPECT was core component of SPECT/CT equipment.The frequent movement of component easily caused fault of collimator.Through understood the operation principle of auto body contour(ABC)to analyze the fault of ABC function(ABC cover)of one case of collimator,and to propose handling method and recommendation for improvement of equipment construction so as to improve the safety and economy of using SPECT/CT.
