摘　　要：目前微柱凝胶免疫检测技术已逐渐成为血液相容性检测的常规技术,而微柱凝胶卡主要通过经验来判读结果,但无合适背景以及标准化的凝集强度进行比对。为此,研制一种微柱凝胶卡判读仪,基于外科观片灯技术以提供合适判读背景,在背景上绘制出微柱凝胶卡9种凝集结果,共计17种模拟凝集图形,可极大地提高微柱凝集卡判读的准确性,有效避免特殊血型的漏检、降低配血结果的不可靠性。At present,micro-column gel immunoassay has gradually become a routine technique for blood compatibility detection,however,the interpretation of the results of micro-column gel card still mainly depends on the experience,and there are not suitable background and standardized agglutination intensity to implement comparison.This paper introduced a micro-column gel card interpretoscope based on film viewer technique of surgery that could provide suitable interpretation background.And this device could draw total of 17 simulation agglutination patterns of 9 kinds of agglutination results of micro-column gel card on this background.It could extremely enhance accuracy of the interpretation of micro-column agglutination card,and effectively avoid leak detection of special blood type and decrease unreliability of the results of matching blood.
