摘　　要：特发性嗜酸性粒细胞增多症(idiopathic hypergranulocytosis,IHES)是一组发病原因不明的疾病,临床工作中不常见,它累及多个器官系统,激素是一线治疗药物。现报道1例我院收治的IHES的诊疗经过,供临床参考。Idiopathic hypergranulocytosis(IHES)is a group of diseases with unknown causes.It is not common in clinical work.It involves many organ systems.Hormone is a first-line treatment drug.Now,the diagnosis and treatment of one case of IHES admitted to our hospital were reported for clinical reference.
