摘 要:针对未来航天器拓展曲面散热面的需要,在国内首次设计并制作了一种将热总线翅片管路预埋在曲面蜂窝板内的可展开辐射器;搭建了常温常压试验台,通过试验过程热像图验证了预埋管路与面板之间的热耦合效果;通过不同散热功率、不同外部散热环境的工况测试,测得预埋管路内工质至辐射器面板的平均传热热阻为0.035 W/℃,结果表明:曲面蜂窝板预埋管路辐射器在工艺方面和换热性能方面都可满足航天器工程应用需求,对飞行器整器热设计具有参考意义。To satisfy the needs of spacecraft to expand the surface of heat dissipation in the future,a curved surface honeycomb radiator with embedded pipeline was designed and a test rig was established.The infrared photograph of the test verified that the pipeline and the radiator surface were well coupled.Several test cases based on different heat loads and different environments were carried out,and the heat resistance was calculated from the test data.The results showed that the curved honeycomb embedded pipeline radiator could meet the requirements of spacecraft engineering application in terms of process and heat transfer performance.It can serve as a reference for the spacecraft thermal design.
