广播电视塔新型钢走梯的设计与分析

摘　　要：为满足竖向交通,便于工作人员进行结构维护、设备运输等,广播电视塔常需设置钢走梯。钢走梯设置于中心井架处,传统的钢走梯常采用外走梯。随着广播电视塔高度不断提升,其景观功能逐渐突出,建设单位对于中心井架的装饰、亮化功能提出要求。传统走梯影响井架外包装饰材料的布置。针对传统走梯的缺陷,论文介绍一种新型四跑内走梯,并对新型钢走梯的安全性、适用性进行分析。分析结果表明,新型走梯设计合理,构造清晰,可推广使用。In order to meet the requirements of vertical traffic and facilitate the structural maintenance and equipment transportation of the staff,the radio and television tower often needs to be equipped with steel ladders.The steel ladder is set at the center derrick,and the traditional steel ladder often adopts the external ladder.With the continuous improvement of the height of the radio and television tower,its landscape function is gradually prominent.The construction unit puts forward requirements for the decoration and lighting function of the central derrick.The traditional ladder walking affects the arrangement of decorative materials outside the derrick.In view of the defects of the traditional ladder,this paper introduces a new type of four run internal ladder,and analyzes the safety and applicability of the new steel ladder.The results show that the design of the new ladder is reasonable,the structure is clear,and it can be widely used.
