摘 要:目的研究瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme Linn.)根的化学成分。方法瑞香狼毒的根经体积分数95%乙醇加热回流提取,浓缩至无醇味的浸膏混悬液依次以石油醚、二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯萃取,各萃取部分经硅胶柱、ODS柱和高效液相色谱制备等方法分离,在此基础上利用HR-ESI-MS、NMR等现代波谱技术对已分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了17个化合物,依次为:柚皮素(naringenin,1)、(-)-表阿夫儿茶精[(-)-epiafzelechin,2]、(+)-表阿夫儿茶精[(+)-epiafzelechin,3]、2,6,2',6'-四甲氧基-4,4'-二(2,3-环氧-1-羟丙基)联二苯[2,6,2',6'-tetramethoxy-4,4'-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl,4]、8-hydroxypluviatolide(5)、(-)-丁香素脂酚[(-)-syringaresinol,6]、prestegane B(7)、7-羟基香豆素(7-hydroxycoumarin,8)、双白瑞香素(daphnoretin,9)、3-(2',4'-二羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯[3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid methyl ester,10]、3,4-二羟基苯丙烯醇(3,4-dihydroxystyryl alcohol,11)、3-[(1E)-3-羟基-1-丙烯-1-基]-2,5-二甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3-[(1E)-3-hydroxy-1-propen-1-yl]-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,12)、Z-咖啡酸硬脂醇酯(Z-octadecyl caffeate,13)、1-亚油酰甘油酯(1-glyceryl linolenate,14)、单亚油酰甘油酯(glycerol monolinoleate,15)、2,3-二羟基丙基-9E-十八碳烯酸酯(2,3-dihydroxypropyl-9E-octadecenoate,16)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,17)。结论化合物1,2,4,5和9~15为首次从狼毒属中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Stellera chamaejasme Linn.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract of the roots of Stellera chamaejasme Linn.was fractionalized by using petroleum ether,dichloromethane and ethyl acetate,respectively.The extraction parts were isolated by various chromatographic methods including silica gel,ODS column and preparative HPLC methods.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data such as HR-ESI-MS and NMR.RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as follows:naringenin(1),(-)-epiafzelechin(2),(+)-epiafzelechin(3),2,6,2',6'-tetramethoxy-4,4'-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl(4),8-hydroxypluviatolide(5),(-)-syringaresinol(6),prestegane B(7),7-hydroxycoumarin(8),daphnoretin(9),3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid methyl ester(10),3,4-dihydroxystyryl alcohol(11),3-[(1E)-3-hydroxy-1-propen-1-yl]-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),Z-octadecyl caffeate(13),1-glyceryl linolenate(14),glycerol monolinoleate(15),2,3-dihydroxypropyl-9-octadecenoate(16)andβ-sitosterol(17).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2,4,5,9-15 are reported from the genus Stellera Linn.for the first time.
