摘 要:总结了国内外输煤管道的发展历史和运行概况,基于美国黑迈撒输煤管道和中国神渭输煤管道等工程实例,从技术应用角度出发,介绍了国内外输煤管道的系统组成、流变特性关键技术参数、防沉降技术、测控系统技术等关键技术在工程实际中的应用现状。结合已建管道特点,提出了理论、实验、材料、设备、管理等技术在输煤管道中的发展及其应用趋势。The development history and operation status of coal transport pipelines at home and abroad are summarized. Based on engineering examples such as the Black Mesa coal-slurry pipeline of US and Shenmu-Weinan coal transport pipeline of China,application status of the key technologies in engineering practice at home and abroad,such as the system composition,key technical parameters of rheological characteristics, anti-settlement technology, measurement and control system technology of coal pipelines,are introduced. Combining with the characteristics of the pipelines built,the development and application trends of the theory,experiments,materials,equipment,management and other technologies in coal transport pipelines are summarized.
