摘 要:针对管输煤浆的物料特性,结合长距离管道输送工艺技术要求,在搅拌器安装型式、桨叶结构型式、搅拌轴、桨叶转速、挡板、辅助设施等主要设备结构及参数提出了选择方法,其中推进式、轴流旋桨叶可满足管输煤浆物料搅拌效果要求,空心轴和桨叶结构更适应设备大型化要求。采用搅拌实验装置系统对设备的转速、扭矩、振动、温度、重启性能等因素进行实际物料模拟试验,指导确定大型工程设备的具体设计参数。采用该思路和方法成功地在陕西神木-渭南输煤管道工程中容积为10000m^3储浆罐大型管输煤浆搅拌器应用,这是目前世界上最大的管输煤浆搅拌器,使用效果良好。According to the material characteristics of coal water slurry in pipeline transport,combining with the technical requirements of long-distance pipeline transport,the selection method of main equipment structure and parameters such as agitator installation type,paddle structure type,agitator shaft,blade speed,baffle,auxiliary facilities,etc. is put forward,among which the propelling and axial-flow paddles meet the requirements of material mixing effect,while the hollow shaft and blade structure meet the large scale equipment requirements. The agitator experimental device system is used for material simulation tests on rotational speed,torque,vibration,temperature,restart performance and other factors of the equipment,so as to guide and determine the specific design parameters of the agitating equipment in the project. This method has been successfully applied to a large coal water slurry agitator with a volume of 10000 m^3 slurry storage tank in a coal transport pipeline project from Shenmu to Weinan in Shaanxi Province,which is the largest coal water slurry agitator in the world at present. The practice proved the effect is favorable.
