摘 要:为了解决某原料煤棚工程结构形式复杂、施工作业面积狭小等问题,将BIM技术应用到大跨度网壳及大体积混凝土工程施工中,并总结了BIM技术的应用及创新点。通过对挡煤墙混凝土施工模拟,解决了冷却水管和钢筋的碰撞问题;对混凝土与网壳交叉施工工艺进行了模拟并且制定施工安全计划,解决了网壳交叉施工的难点;对网壳吊装进行仿真模拟并结合BIM+VR技术,解决了吊车与构件等可能发生碰撞的问题。研究结果表明,将BIM技术应用于大体积混凝土和大跨度网壳结构施工,可以形象有效的安排施工顺序及制定方案,保证工程的顺利进行。Aiming at the complex structure and narrow construction area of a raw material coal shed,BIM technology is used in the construction of large-span reticulated shells and mass concrete projects,and the application and innovation of BIM technology is summarized. The concrete construction of the coal retaining wall is simulated to solve the collision problem between the cooling water pipe and the steel bar;the concrete and mesh shell cross construction process is simulated and the construction safety plan is formulated to solve the difficulties of the cross-construction of the net shell;the simulation result is combined with BIM + VR technology to avoid collision of crane and components. The research results show that,with the application of BIM in the construction of large-volume concrete and large-span reticulated shells,the construction sequence arrangement and plan are reasonable ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
