摘　　要：自18世纪以来,科学与技术的进步在推动经济快速发展的同时,促使主导技术与技术群、工业领域发生了巨大变革,同时也让新的科学概念替代了原有的理论与体系。进入21世纪,新一代信息技术、生物技术和新能源技术等领域发生的第四次科技革命改变了原有的人类社会组织方式,大幅提高了生产力。但遗憾的是,科技发展至今,已经基本上用尽了目前科学能给人类和社会带来的技术发展空间。本文通过分析和归纳科学革命、技术革命与科技革命的概念、趋势与历次科技革命带来的巨大变革,并以此为依据,对未来科技革命的主要发展方向进行科学性的预判。Since the 18th century,the development of science and technology not only promotes the rapid development of economy,but also contributes to earthshaking renovation in leading technology,technology clusters and industrial area.At the same time,new scientific concepts have replaced the original theories and systems.With the advent of the 21th century,the Fourth Scientific and Technological Revolution,which has taken place in the fields of new-generation information technology,biotechnology and new energy technology has led to the altered organization mode of human society and the substantial improvement of productivity.Unfortunately,the development of science and technology has basically fully occupied the technological development space that science can bring to human beings and society.This article attempts to analyze and conclude the concept and the trend of scientific revolution,technological revolution and scientific and technological revolution as well as the great changes brought by the previous scientific and technological innovations.Accordingly,scientific anticipation of the main development direction of the upcoming scientific and technological innovation are made.
