摘 要:在汽车行业轻量化快速发展的趋势下,传统铸造工艺生产的铝合金轮毂已经不能满足大型车辆的性能要求。鉴于此,需开发出新的生产工艺进一步提升铝合金轮毂的性能。在总结研究成果的基础上,就车用高性能大尺寸A356合金轮毂开发所涉及的A356合金熔炼进行了总结和论述。重点探讨炉内精炼技术的作用,深入分析铝合金熔体中的夹杂危害及去除机理,在此基础上提出一些有价值的建议。With the rapid development of the automotive industry on lightweight, aluminum alloy wheels produced by traditional casting processes have been unable to meet the performance requirements of large vehicles. So it is necessary to develop some new technologies to further improve the performance of aluminum alloy wheels. By summarizing the previous achievements on preparing A356 aluminum alloy wheels, A356 aluminium alloy melting was reviewed, emphasized on the roles of furnace refining technology as well as harm and removal mechansim of inclusion in aluminum alloy melt. On the basis, some valuable suggestions were put forward.
