摘 要:针对某离合器壳体铝合金的压铸成形,应用数值模拟方法,了解铝合金液体流动充型状态与铸件缺陷的分布,优化了铸件的浇注系统与排气系统,显著降低了模具的开发周期。同时在试模与试生产阶段,从浇注、工艺、模具等方面分析了不同缺陷产生的原因,并提出了改善措施。结果表明,合理的浇注、排气系统与合理的冷却工艺是获得高品质压铸件的关键。Numerical simulation method was used to simulate the die-casting process of the aluminum alloy clutch housing to accurately understand the filling state and the casting defect distribution, and then to optimize the gating and exhausting system, greatly reducing the development time. Meanwhile, in trial-mold and trial-production process, origination of different defects was analyzed from the pouring parameters, process design and mould design, and the modified measures were proposed. The results show that a reasonable casting-exhausting system and cooling system are the keys to obtain high-quality clutch housing.
