摘　　要：论述了消失模铸造生产过程中白模表面质量的重要性。白模表面的光洁程度,珠粒间的融合程度对铸件的合格率十分重要。消失模铸造适应管件铸造生产种类繁多需求,而优质的白模模样是生产优质铸件的基础。The importance of surface quality of white pattern in LFC was described. It is important for quality rate of the LFC castings for white pattern with bright and clean degree, bead fusion between the qualification rate of casting. LFC is suitable for the requirement of tube and pipe with various kinds. The excellent white pattern is the basis of producing the good LFC tube and pipe.
