摘 要:搭建试验台研究高熔点熔盐在水平圆管的紊流传热特性,并分析圆管内局部传热规律。该试验雷诺数范围在(1.0~3.6)×10~4之间,普朗克数在4.75~8.00之间,根据实验数据并参考经典实验关联式,采用多元线性拟合熔盐平均传热努塞尔数实验关联式,其最大拟合误差为±10%;并将实验值与经典圆管紊流传热关联式以及低熔点熔盐传热实验关联式的计算值比较。结果表明:在工程允许范围内,部分经典对流传热关联式可描述熔盐管内传热特性;而低熔点熔盐传热实验关联式不适用于高熔点熔盐传热特性。An experimental study on turbulent convective heat transfer of solar salt in a horizontal tube was conducted in this paper. Various experiments were respectively carried out within the experimental data of solar salt in the range of Reynolds number between 10000 and 36000 and Prandtl number between 4.75 and 8.00. Based on the experimental data,its local heat transfer coefficient,overall heat transfer coefficient had been studied in detail. Besides,good agreement was observed between the experimental data of solar salt and part classical and new correlations. Conversely,other correlations over predicted the heat transfer performance of solar salt,Finally,the fitted forced convective heat transfer correlations of solar salt were obtained by using multiple linear regressions within a deviation of ±10%.
