EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON MIXED REFRIGERANTS FOR MODERATELY HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMP

摘  要:计算单工质R124、R152a、R245fa和混合工质R152a/R124、R152a/R245fa的理论循环性能,并实验对比。实验工况为蒸发侧进口水温40~50℃,冷凝测进口水温70~85℃,热泵机组额定输入功率4.5 kW,2种混合物质量配比分别为50/50、30/70、20/80和30/70、50/50、70/30,其中R152a/R124(30/70)和R152a/R245fa(30/70)的制热功率和循环效能综合表现较优;在50℃热源进水和75℃高温进水工况下,二者电力循环性能系数在3.0以上,后者稍高;但在制热功率方面前者比后者高出19.0%,可达15.2 kW。Theoretical cycle performances of R124,R152a,R245fa,and their mixtures-R152a/R124 and R152a/R245fa are calculated and analyzed. Also,some experiments with these refrigerants had been taken to test the performance of heating pump,in the following condition: the evaporator inlet water temperature of 40-50 ℃ and condenser inlet water temperature of 70-85 ℃. Mass ratios of components in the two mixtures were 50/50,30/70,20/80 and 30/70,50/50,70/30,respectively,which were charged into a 4.5 kW heat pump. Results show that R152a/R124(30/70)and R152a/R245fa(30/70)have better heating performance and cycle efficiency than others. Given the temperature of evaporator inlet water temperature of 50 ℃ and the temperature of condenser inlet water 70 ℃,the electric COP of these two mixtures could both arrive 3.0. Moreover,the latter mixture performance is slightly better than the former. But the heating capacity of the former mixture is 15.2 kW,which is 19.0% higher than the latter.
