摘 要:传统潮汕民居的建筑特色是以三合土分层打夯形成夯土墙并作为承重构件。因夯土墙强度低、力学性能差,使得潮汕民居建筑抵御地震和台风的能力较差。目前大部分传统民居建筑处于破损甚至即将坍塌的状态,对其受损情况进行抽样调查和分析,总结损坏类型和原因,并针对破坏特点提出相应的加固修复建议。The architectural feature of traditional Chaoshan residential buildings is that the rammed earth walls are formed by layered ramming of triaxial soil and used as the load-carrying components. Because of the low strength and poor performance of the rammed earth wall,the ability of traditional Chaoshan residential buildings to resist earthquakes and typhoons is poor. At present,most of the buildings are in the state of damage or even collapse,sampling investigation and analysis of the damaged condition are carried out,the damage types and causes are summarized,and the corresponding reinforcement and repair suggestions are put forward according to the damage characteristics in this paper.
