摘  要:为减少和控制高层建筑火灾的发生,提出高层建筑应具备消防安全韧性,从而为韧性城市的建设保驾护航。基于传统火灾风险评估指标构建的思路建立消防安全韧性评估指标体系,将其三级指标归属为高层建筑的消防韧性特征,即抗扰性、冗余性、智能性、迅速性,并运用专家打分法确定各级指标权重。考虑这四个特征组成的韧性关系方程,对高层建筑展开消防安全韧性评估研究。以北京市某高层建筑为例进行研究,评估结果较为客观地反映了该高层住宅的韧性现状,验证了该方法的客观性和合理性。In order to reduce and control the occurrence of fire in high-rise buildings and guarantee the construction of urban resilient cities,it is proposed that high-rise buildings should have fire safety resilience. In this paper,the traditional idea of fire risk assessment is adopted for the index system,in which the three-level is classified as the fire resilience characteristics of high-rise buildings, that is, Robustness, Redundancy,Resourcefulness and Rapidity. Moreover,the expert scoring method is implemented for the weight of each level index. And,considering the resilience relationship equation composed of these four characteristics,the fire safety resilience evaluation of high-rise buildings is studied. Lastly,taking a high-rise building in Beijing as an example,the evaluation results objectively reflect the resilience status of the high-rise residential building,and verify the objectivity and rationality of the method.
