摘　　要：目的了解在校大学生历年因病休学、退学的主要疾病因素及变化情况,从而制定科学有效的防护措施,促进学校预防保健工作。方法对2009年—2019年在校大学生的学籍资料及休学、退学登记表进行统计分析。结果 2009年—2019年以来因病休学、退学总人数为62人,休退学率为1.11%。列前二位依次是传染病(37.10%)、精神心理性疾病(35.48%),因精神心理疾患而休退学的人数呈逐年上升趋势。结论应加强大学生的健康教育,重视传染病防控工作、切实关注精神心理问题,确保学生顺利完成学业。Objective It is to explore the main diseases,which cause college students’suspension or dropping out of schooling,and their changes over the years,so as to formulate scientific and effective protective measures and promote the preventive healthcare in the school.Methods A statistical analysis was made on the basis of college students’registration,suspension and drop-out forms from 2009 to 2019.Results From 2009 to 2019,the total number of students who suspended schooling or dropped out of school due to illnesses was 62,and the dropout rate was 1.11%.The top two diseases were infectious diseases(37.10%)and mental and psychological diseases(35.48%).And the number of dropouts due to mental illnesses is on the rise year by year.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education of college students,attach importance to the prevention and control of infectious diseases,pay attention to mental problems,and ensure the successful completion of their studies.
