中医健脾方联合电针疗法对改善肛瘘术后控便功能的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医健脾方联合电针疗法对改善肛瘘术后控便功能的效果。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月我院收治的肛瘘术后患者80例,采取简单随机化方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用电针疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾方治疗,比较2组治疗前、治疗3个月的控便能力和创面愈合时间。结果2组治疗前Wexner便秘评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗3个月Wexner便秘评分(7.02±2.14)分,低于对照组的(8.13±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面平均愈合时间(10.33±2.26)d,短于对照组的(14.36±3.69)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医健脾方联合电针疗法能有效改善肛瘘术后患者的控便功能,缩短创面愈合时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Recipe combined with electroacupuncture on improving the function of controlling stool after anal fistula operation.Methods 80 patients with anal fistula treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization and multi-center randomization,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was given Jianpi Recipe based on the control group.The ability to control the stool before and after 3 months of treatment and the wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in Wexner constipation score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Wexner constipation score of the observation group was(7.02±2.14)points,lower than the control group(8.13±2.16)points,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The average wound healing time in the observation group was(10.33±2.26)days,which was shorter than(14.36±3.69)days in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Recipe combined with electroacupuncture can effectively improve the function of controlling the stool after anal fistula operation,shorten the wound healing time,which has a high clinical application value.
