摘  要:采用双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)对氧化石墨烯进行非共价改性,考察了改性后DDAB-GO在不同溶剂中的分散情况。采用FT-IR、X射线衍射表征DDAB-GO化学结构,SEM观察剥离情况和微观形貌。采用溶液铸膜技术制备DDAB-GO填充改性TPU复合材料,结果表明少量掺杂DDAB-GO在TPU基体中能较为均匀地分散,且能提高复合材料的热稳定性和力学性能,当含量为0.2%时拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别增加51.2%和38%。The non-covalent modification of graphene oxide with didecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide(DDAB)was carried out.The dispersion of DDAB-GO in different solvents after modification was investigated.The chemical structures of DDAB-GO were characterized by FT-IR and X-ray diffraction.The peeling and micro morphology were observed by SEM.The results show that a small amount of DDAB-GO can disperse evenly in TPU matrix and improve the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composite.When the content is 0.2%,the tensile strength and tear strength increase 51.2%and 38%,respectively.
