摘　　要：基于珍珠纤维的结构及功能特性,进行珍珠纤维混纺纱线的成分配比试验,分析适用于针织服装的混纺纱参数设计。结合纬编针织服装的功能性与服用性需求,针对不同类型女式针织服装的款式特点、手感及时尚要求进行纱线选择。并通过具体设计应用案例,介绍珍珠纤维在纬编针织女装设计中的应用,包括在女式针织打底衫、女式针织运动装、女式针织外套中的应用,为珍珠纤维在针织女装全品类产品中的产业化应用提供开发思路。Based on the structure and functional characteristics of pearl fibers, the pearl fiber blended yarns’ distribution ratio experiment was carried out, and the parameter design of the blended yarn suitable for knitted clothing is analyzed. Combining with the functional and wearability requirements of weft knitted clothing, the yarns were selected according to the style characteristics, hand feeling and fashion requirements of different types of women’s knitted clothing. And the application of pearl fiber in the design of weft knitted women’s wear was introduced through specific design cases, including women’s knitted bottoming shirt, sportswear and outerwear. This study provides the development ideas for the industrial application of pearl fiber in the whole category of knitted women’s wear.
