摘 要:对8种不同规格的艾草改性竹黏纤维针织物的服用性能进行测试,并分析其耐磨性、抗起毛起球性、芯吸性、透气性、透湿性与织物结构参数之间的关系。结果表明,艾草改性竹黏纤维针织物的芯吸性、透气性和透湿性较好,艾草改性竹黏纤维含量对针织物的耐磨性和抗起毛起球性影响不大。艾草改性竹黏纤维与涤纶纤维混纺可以提高织物的耐磨性,但织物的芯吸性会略微下降。织物组织结构是影响织物透气性的重要因素,采用提花、网眼和蜂窝类组织可以提高织物的透气性,但织物的耐磨性和抗起毛起球性会有所下降。The wearability of eight kinds of knitted fabrics containing artemisia argyi modified bamboo viscose fiber were tested, and the relationships between the fabric structure parameters and abrasion resistance, pilling resistance, wicking property, air permeability, moisture permeability were analyzed. The results show that the wicking property, air permeability and moisture permeability of artemisia argyi modified bamboo viscose fiber knitted fabric are better, and the content of artemisia argyi modified bamboo viscose fiber has little effect on the abrasion resistance and pilling resistance of fabric. The artemisia argyi modified bamboo viscose fiber blended with polyester fiber can improve the abrasion resistance of the fabric, but the wicking property of the fabric will decrease slightly. The fabric structure is an important factor affecting the air permeability of the fabric. Jacquard, mesh and honeycomb tissue can improve the air permeability of the fabric, but the abrasion and pilling resistance of the fabric will decrease.
