摘 要:以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)与苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为原料合成低分子量水溶性共聚物NS,将其作为活性染料印花尿素代替品。探究了共聚物NS的单体配比,分析其对印花织物的K/S值、印花色牢度、染料吸收光谱及印花废水总氮含量的影响,并与尿素作用效果对比。结果表明,当印花色浆中共聚物NS-02(NVP含量为70.0%)用量为1.0%时,印花织物的表观色深、色牢度等与色浆中尿素用量为3.0%时的印制效果相当;且共聚物NS-02对应印花废水的总氮含量仅为尿素印花废水的28.59%,极大地减轻了传统印花工艺产生的高氨氮废水对环境的负担;水溶性共聚物NS-02有望代替尿素用于活性染料全棉织物的绿色印花加工中。A water-soluble copolymer NS with low molecular weight as a substitute for urea in the reactive printing process was synthesized from N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP) and sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS). The effects of the monomer ratio of NS copolymers on the K/S value of printed fabrics, printing color fastness, absorption spectrum of reactive dyes and the total nitrogen content of printing wastewater were investigated. For comparison,similar experiments of urea were carried out. When the amount of copolymer NS-02(the content of NVP is 70.0%)was 1.0% in the printing paste, the apparent color depth, color fastness, etc. were equivalent to those of urea(3.0% amount in the printing paste). The total nitrogen content in the printing wastewater containing NS copolymers was only 28.59% of that of urea, which greatly reduced the burden of the printing wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen content on environment in traditional printing process. This study has shown that the self-made water-soluble copolymer NS-02 has much potential to replace urea in green printing processing of cotton fabric with reactive dyes.
