摘  要:对牛奶蛋白纤维织物的漂白工艺进行研究,分别选定过氧化氢和保险粉为漂白剂,采用氧化漂白、还原漂白法分别对织物进行漂白;重点运用正交试验优化双氧水和保险粉对牛奶蛋白纤维织物的漂白工艺;并将确定的最优工艺进行试验和测试。结果表明,双氧水30 g/L,pH值为8,温度90℃,时间60min;保险粉8 g/L,pH值为9,温度90℃,时间60 min时对牛奶蛋白纤维织物的漂白效果最好。The bleaching process of milk protein fiber fabric was studied. Hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydrosulfite were selected as bleaching agent. The fabric was bleached by oxidation and reduction bleaching method. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydrosulfite for milk protein fiber fabric bleaching process.The determined optimum process was tested. When hydrogen peroxide is 30 g/L, pH value is 8, temperature is 90 ℃, and time is 60 minutes and at the same time, when sodium hydrosulfite is 8 g/L, pH is 9, temperature is 90%, and time is 60 minutes, the best bleaching effect on milk protein fiber fabric can be achieved.
