摘 要:为改善天然染料栀子黄对棉织物的染色性能,首先对棉织物进行阳离子改性处理,通过试验确定最佳的改性工艺及条件;然后利用天然染料栀子黄对阳离子改性棉织物进行染色,探讨了最佳染色工艺条件,测定了染色后棉织物的上染百分率、K/S值以及色牢度,并与未改性棉织物染色性能对比。结果表明,棉织物最佳改性工艺为:改性剂浓度30 g/L、pH值为9.0、时间为50 min、温度为50℃;改性棉织物最佳染色工艺:温度为60℃、时间为60 min、pH值为9.0;改性后棉织物的上染百分率以及K/S值明显高于未改性棉织物,改性棉织物染色耐皂洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度均可达到4级及以上。In order to improve the dyeing properties of cotton fabric with natural dye Gardenia yellow, the cotton fabric is firstly subjected to cationic modification treatment, and the optimum modification process conditions were determined through experiments. Then the dyeing properties of cationic modified cotton fabric were studied to determine the dyeing process of modified cotton fabric with gardenia yellow, and the optimal dyeing process conditions were discussed. The dyeing rate, K/S and various fastness of dyed cotton fabric were tested. The results show that the optimum modification process of cotton fabric is as follows: the modifier concentration is 30 g/L, pH value is 9, temperature is 50 ℃,time is 50 minutes, and temperature is 50 ℃. The optimum dyeing process of modified cotton fabric is as follows: the temperature is 60 ℃, time is 60 minutes, and pH value is 9. The dyeing rate and K/S value of the modified cotton fabric are significantly higher than those of the unmodified cotton fabric.Both the color fastness to washing and friction of the modified cotton fabric can reach 4 or above 5.
