文胸罩杯材料对躯干皮肤温分布的影响研究

摘　　要：为了探讨文胸罩杯材料对躯干皮肤温的影响,选用无衬垫单层文胸、立绵衬垫运动文胸、锦纶三维针织材料衬垫运动文胸,选择7名健康女大学生分别穿着3款文胸进行30 min静坐休息、5 min快走、3组10 min慢跑和5 min快走交替运动、30 min静坐恢复运动,分析受试者心率、体核温和皮肤温的变化。结果表明,运动过程中躯干后侧背部和腰部的皮肤温随交替运动的进行呈阶梯式上升;胸部皮肤温总体呈下降趋势,穿着无衬垫文胸时胸部皮肤温显著低于穿着衬垫文胸,穿着锦纶三维针织材料衬垫文胸时胸部皮肤温也明显较低。运动过程中穿着文胸使胸部先于躯干其他部位出现降温,穿着三维针织材料衬垫文胸时胸部皮肤温下降得更快。In order to study the effects of bra cup materials on torso skin temperature, single layer bra without cup cushion, sports bra with cup cushion of vertical layered nonwoven materials, sports bra with cup cushion of 3D sandwich knitted fabric and seven healthy female undergraduates were selected for wearing experiment. Seven subjects wore three bras respectively for 30 minutes of sitting rest, 5 minutes of fast walking, three cycles of 10 minutes jogging and 5 minutes of fast walking alternate exercise, and followed by 30 minutes of sitting rest to recover. And the heart rate, rectal temperature and skin temperature were measured. The results show that the skin temperature of torso back and waist increased stepwise with the alternating movement. The skin temperature of the chest generally declined. The skin temperature of the chest when wearing bra without cup cushion was significantly lower than that for bra with cup cushion. During sports, wearing bra makes the chest appear cooling before other parts of the torso, and the nylon 3 D sandwich knitted fabric cup cushion bra shows quicker cooling effect.
