摘　　要：为深入了解政府资助在区域产学研协同创新中的作用和效果,构建知识生产函数模型,以产学研联合专利数量和新产品销售收入两个指标表征区域产学研协同创新绩效,研究政府资助与产学研协同创新绩效的关系,并对江苏省高技术产业进行实证分析。研究结果表明:政府资助对新产品销售收入有显著的正向影响,对产学研联合专利存在负向影响但不显著;区域开放度与政府资助存在正向交互作用,并对新产品销售收入和产学研联合专利均有积极影响。In order to understand deeply the role and effects of government funding in regional industry-universityresearch(IUR) collaborative innovation,this paper studies the relationship between government funding and the performance of IUR collaborative innovation based on the knowledge production function model and does empirical analysis with the high-tech industry in Jiangsu province.In this research,the performance of IUR collaborative innovation is characterized by two indicators:the number of IUR joint patents and the sales revenue of new products.The result shows that government funding has an insignificant negative impact on joint patents,while there is a significant positive impact on sales revenue of new products,meanwhile,regional openness has positive interaction with government funding,and the interaction has positive impact on both of the indicators.
