摘  要:针对目前煤矿安全监控系统存在实时性低、通信不稳定易中断、传感器故障或超限时断电控制时间过长等问题,对CAN总线特点、软件工程、煤安监函[2016]5号《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》以及煤矿井下真实环境等进行了详细调研与分析研究,设计了一种强实时性通信方案,并进行了系统软硬件设计。系统连续运行期间,无异常数据产生,传感器故障或超限断电时间:本地可在2 s内完成,异控可以5 s内完成。技术指标符合AQ 6201-2006《煤矿安全监控系统通用技术要求》。In view of the problems existing in the current mine safety monitoring system,such as low real-time performance,unstable communication and easy interruption,sensor failure or over-limit power failure control time,etc,the characteristics of CAN bus,software engineering,Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System Upgrade and Transformation Technology Program(Coal Safety Supervision[2016]No.5)and the real underground environment of coal mine were investigated and analyzed in detail.A strong real-time communication scheme is designed,and the software and hardware of the system are designed.During the continuous operation of the system,abnormal data are not generated,sensor failure or over-limit power off time can be completed locally within 2 s,and the out-of-control can be completed within 5 s.The technical indicators comply with the General Technical Requirements for Coal Mine Safety Monitoring System(AQ 6201-2006).
