开封夜市区噪声污染状况分析与对策研究

摘　　要：为了解夜市区噪声污染情况,以开封市鼓楼夜市、西司夜市和河南大学西门外夜市为研究对象,分析2018年不同季度噪声污染状况及随时间变化,并利用等效连续A声级、累计百分数声级、噪声污染级及噪声污染指数法对各夜市的噪声质量等级进行评价.结果表明:开封夜市的噪声污染现象非常严重,各夜市的环境噪声均不同程度地超出《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096-2008)中的2类限值标准;鼓楼夜市在全年范围内噪声污染状况均处于严重污染等级,西司夜市与河南大学西门外夜市全年也有近3/4的时间处于严重污染等级;鼓楼夜市的噪声污染级在全年不同时段内均高于西司夜市和河南大学西门外夜市,各夜市的环境噪声质量等级在全年不同时段内均处于"吵闹"和"很吵闹"等级.基于上述噪声污染状况分析结果,分别从设施改造、规划布局、监测机制等方面提出了防治措施及建议.In order to understand the noise pollution in the night markets,three night markets(Gulou night market,Xisi night market and night market outside the west gate of Henan University)in Kaifeng were selected to study the noise pollution status and its change with time in 2018.The noise quality levels of night markets were evaluated by equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level,percentile sound level,noise pollution level and noise pollution index.The results show that the noise pollution in night market of Kaifeng is very serious and the ambient noise of all night markets exceeded the Class 2 limit standard in the Environmental Quality Standard for Noise of China(GB 3096-2008).The noise pollution status of Gulou night market is in the serious pollution level throughout the year.The Xisi night market and the night market outside the west gate of Henan University are also in serious pollution level for nearly three-quarters of the year.The noise pollution level of Gulou night market is higher than those of Xisi night market and the night market outside the west gate of Henan University in different periods of the year.The ambient noise quality level of each night market is in the"noisy"and"very noisy"grades in different periods of the year.Based on the above results,the preventive measures and countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of facility renovation,planning layout and noise monitoring.
