摘  要:以来自中东、中亚及中国新疆、河南和陕西的155份节节麦为材料,通过对6个穗部性状(小穗长、小穗宽、护颖长、护颖宽、外稃长和外稃宽)进行聚类分析,研究中国节节麦居群的起源及演化.结果表明:中东、中亚和新疆节节麦小穗长、护颖长、护颖宽和外稃宽的变异系数均高于河南和陕西节节麦,且中东节节麦穗部性状的变异程度最大.5个节节麦居群6个穗部性状的多重比较分析显示,河南和陕西节节麦均在一个同质群,且它们与中亚节节麦的差异最小,与新疆节节麦差异最大.基于6个穗部性状的聚类分析显示:5个居群的节节麦分为两大类群,新疆节节麦单独聚成一个类群,陕西、河南、中亚和中东节节麦聚成另一个类群,其中河南和陕西节节麦相似性最高,且它们与中亚节节麦的聚类关系最近.In order to discover the origin and evolution of Aegilops tauschii populations in China,six spike traits of spikelet length,spikelet width,glume length,glume width,lemma length and lemma width were used to analyze 155 Ae.tauschii accessions from Middle East,Central Asia,Xinjiang,Henan and Shaanxi.The variation coefficients of spikelet length,glume length,glume width and lemma width in Xinjiang,Middle East and Central Asia were higher than those in Shaanxi and Henan,and the variation coefficient of spike traits was largest in Middle East.Multiple comparative analysis of six spike traits among five Ae.tauschii populations showed that Ae.tauschii in Henan and Shaanxi were in the same homogeneous group and had the least and most differences with Ae.tauschii in Central Asia and Xinjiang,respectively.Clustering analysis based on six spike traits showed that five populations of Ae.tauschii were divided into two groups.Ae.tauschii in Xinjiang clustered to a single group,while the other populations of Ae.tauschii clustered to another group.Ae.tauschii accessions in Henan and Shaanxi had the highest similarity and they were more similar to Ae.tauschii in Central Asia.
