摘 要:制备了十四酸(Tetradecyl acid,TA)改性纳米二氧化钛(TA-TiO2)和氧化石墨烯(Graphene oxide,GO)的复合物,以甲基丙烯酸十八酯(Octadecyl methacrylate,OM)改性四元共聚物作为功能聚合物载体,采用水乳液聚合的方法制备了十四酸改性纳米TiO2-氧化石墨烯/功能聚合物复合皮革涂饰剂.通过FT-IR、TGA和SEM等对涂饰剂的结构和性能进行了表征.在绵羊皮上的涂饰结果表明长烷基链的引入显著提高了涂饰革的疏水性能,类球形纳米二氧化钛颗粒和片层氧化石墨烯的协同涂饰效应赋予了皮革显著的耐候、热稳定性、保温和机械性能.The TA-TiO2-GO nanocomposite was firstly prepared with tetradecyl acid modifying nano-TiO2(TA-TiO2)and graphene oxide(GO).The tetradecyl acid modifying nano-TiO2-graphene oxide/functional polymer composite leather finishing was prepared by aqueous emulsion method using octadecyl methacrylate(OM)modifying quaternary copolymer as functional polymer carrier.The structure and properties of composite leather finishing were characterized by FT-IR,TGA and SEM,respectively.The results of the experiments on sheepskin show that the introduction of the long alkyl chains significantly improves the hydrophobicity of the finished leather.As a result,the synergistic finishing effects of the spherical nano-TiO2 particles and lamellar graphene oxide improved evidently the weather resistance,thermal stability,thermal insulation and mechanical properties of the finished leather.
