摘 要:采用万能材料试验机对不同配合比的水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)进行了应力-应变压缩试验,定义了其弹性极限的取值方法,并建立了CA砂浆弹性极限与配合比参数的数学关系.结果表明:将应力-应变曲线由线性向非线性转变时的应力与峰值应力的比值,定义为CA砂浆的弹性极限,弹性极限越大,材料的刚度越高;沥灰比(A/C)与水灰比(W/C)对CA砂浆微观结构的影响不同,弹性极限随A/C的变化程度大于随W/C的变化程度;依据弹性极限与峰值应力的转换关系及基于配合比参数的峰值应力计算公式,建立了CA砂浆弹性极限与配合比参数的数学关系.In this thesis,the stress-strain curves of cement asphalt mortar(CA mortar)with different mix proportions were examined by a universal material testing machine,the method for setting the value of elastic limit was defined,and the mathematical relationship between elastic limit and mix proportion parameters were discussed.The results showed that the elastic limit of CA mortar can be taken as a specific value,namely the stress when stress-strain curve changed from linear to nonlinear divided by the failure load.The greater the elastic limit,the higher the stiffness of material was.The effects of A/C and W/C on the microstructure of CA mortar were different,elastic limit varied with A/C to a greater extent than with W/C.According to the conversion relation between elastic limit and peak stress,and in reference to the calculation formula for peak stress of CA binder,the mathematical relationship between elastic limit and mix proportion parameters was clarified.
