摘　　要：标准信息平台的出现,促进了标准信息的流通和共享,为用户提供了信息查询、知识服务的渠道。了解国内外标准信息平台建设情况有利于发现平台建设不足,对其进行改进可提高标准数据流通效率。在文献调研和网站调研的基础上,从平台类型、数据来源、标准检索性能、标准资源收集保存范围与规模、知识服务类型、标准衍生产品六个方面对国内外标准信息平台进行分析。研究发现,我国标准信息平台发展稳定,数据来源渠道较广,而国外平台知识服务类型和标准衍生产品多样。在调研分析的基础上,对我国标准信息平台的建设与发展提出建议。The emergence of the standard information platform has promoted the circulation and sharing of standard information,and provided users with information access and knowledge service channels.Understanding the current status of standard information platform construction at home and abroad is conducive to discovering the shortcomings of platform construction,improving and perfecting it,and further improving the efficiency of standard data circulation.Based on literature research and website research,the paper analyzes the standard information platforms at home and abroad from six aspects:platform type,data source,standard search performance,standard resource collection scope,types of knowledge service,and standard derivative products.The study found that China’s standard information platforms are developing stably,and the data source channels are w ide,while the foreign platforms have diverse knowledge service types and standard derivative products.Based on the research and analysis,this paper makes recommendations for the construction and development of China's standard information platforms.
