摘 要:在烟气自循环燃烧器的环形空气通道出口处设置挡板,针对挡板对炉内流场和温度分布及烟气组分的影响进行数值分析。研究表明:挡板可以起到良好的导流作用,增强空气的入口射流,促进炉内气体的掺混与燃烧,提升炉内的整体温度水平,延长火焰长度,扩大燃烧区域;适当增加挡板数目和遮挡面积,炉内的燃烧反应强度将增大,反应区域被拉长。The baffle plates was added in the annular air channel exit of the exhaust gas auto-circulation burner, and the effect of baffle plate on the flow field, temperature distribution and flue gas composition in the furnace was numerically analyaed. The results showed that, baffle plate could play a good role in flow guiding, strengthen the air inlet jet, promote the mixing and combustion of gases in the furnace effectively, raise the overall temperature level, extend the flame length, and enlarge the combustion zone. Appropriately increasing the number of baffles and shielding area, the combustion reaction intensity in the furnace would be increased, and the reaction area would be stretched.
