摘  要:提出一种用于加热炉汽化系统缺水的应急防范措施,它是汽化冷却式加热炉汽化冷却系统补水方式的一次技术革新和理念革新,从而解决加热炉断、掉电及给水泵无法正常工作的异常情况下,汽化冷却系统缺水,造成加热炉汽化冷却系统重大工艺设备事故的难题。结果表明:采用该措施完全可以在加热炉汽化冷却给水泵不能向锅筒正常补水的异常情况下,向锅筒内及时进行补水,确保汽化冷却系统运行不缺水,避免由于锅筒缺水造成工艺、设备事故,从而保证生产的正常运行。The invention relates to an emergency prevention measure used for water shortage of a vaporization system of a heating furnace is proposed, which is a technical innovation and conceptual innovation of the water supplement mode of the vaporization cooling system of the vaporization cooling type heating furnace, so as to solve the problem that the vaporization cooling system is short of water and that causes major process equipment accidents of the vaporization cooling system of the heating furnace under the abnormal conditions that the heating furnace is off, the power is off and the feed water pump cannot normally work. The results show that it is completely possible to supply water to the boiler drum in a timely manner under the abnormal condition that the boiler drum cannot be normally supplied water to the vaporization cooling feed water pump of the heating furnace, so as to ensure that the vaporization cooling system does not run with water shortage and avoid process and equipment accidents caused by water shortage in the boiler drum, thus ensuring the normal operation of production.
