摘  要:在高铝浇注料中分别加入3%、5%、7%和9%的Si粉,制成40 mm×40 mm×160 mm的试样,再分别在氧化气氛、还原气氛和氮化气氛下1 450℃加热,然后检测其常温性能和高温性能,并分析试样的物相组成及显微结构。结果表明:随着Si粉加入量的增加,材料的常温和高温强度提高,抗热震性得到改善,其中还原气氛处理后材料的抗热震性最优,氮气气氛处理后材料的高温强度最高。物相组成及显微结构分析显示:Si加热后分别原位反应生成了莫来石、SiC、Si3N4,对材料起到增强增韧作用。In the experiment, we added respectively 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% silicon powder in the high alumina castable, and made the specimen as 40 mm×40 mm×160 mm. We treated the specimen at 1 450 ℃under oxidizing atmosphere, reducing atmosphere and nitrogen atmosphere respectively, then we measured the properties of specimen at normal and high temperature, and analyzed the phase composition and microscopic structure. The results showed that: the strength of the material at normal temperature and high temperature increased with the increasing amount of Si powder,the thermal shock resistance of the material was also improved. The thermal shock resistance of the material after reducing atmosphere treatment was the best, and the HMOR of the material after nitrogen atmosphere treatment was the highest. The phase composition and microstructure analysis showed that: these new phases of mullite, SiC and Si3 N4 which generated after Si was heated and reacted in situ could enhance the performance of high alumina castable.
