摘 要:衡阳华菱钢管有限公司720机组成功实现利用钢管轧后余热在线淬火。由于钢管入炉温度偏离原设计条件后,步进梁式再加热炉出现钢管加热不均的现象,引起淬火性能不均匀,制约了更高品质钢管的开发。本文分析了产生加热不均匀的原因,通过采取相应的整改措施,利用钢管轧后余热在线淬火合格率大幅度提高,成功地把再加热炉改成了既可用于热轧钢管再加热,也可用于利用钢管轧后余热在线淬火加热。The 720#production line of Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd, is successfully utilizing the heat-rolling residual heat to realize the in-line quenching. Due to the temperature status of steel tubes entering the furnace deviates from the original design conditions, there is an issue related to nonuniform heating of products in walking-beam reheating furnace, which results in the nonuniformity of quenched products and constrains the R&D of steel tubes with higher quality. The reason behind such a non-uniform heating phenomenon is analyzed. Through several upgrades and modifications, the re-heating furnace is functionalized into a furnace combining both re-heating hot-rolled steel tube and utilizing the heat-rolling residual heat to realize the in-line quenching. Meanwhile, the yield of qualified products(from this upgraded furnace) is increased greatly.
