扁平苔癣皮损组织CD147、MMP-3及MMP-7表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)及基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在扁平苔癣皮损组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测并比较40例扁平苔癣皮损及30例正常皮肤组织中CD147、MMP-3、MMP-7的表达。结果扁平苔癣皮损组织中CD147、MMP-7的表达高于对照组(Z=-3.267、-2.331,P<0.05),且两者表达呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.05);两组MMP-3表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MMP-7、CD147在扁平苔癣皮损组织中表达上调,两者可能在扁平苔癣的发病中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147),matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),and matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7)in skin lesions of lichen planus(LP).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure and compare the expression of CD147,MMP-3,and MMP-7 in 40 cases of lichen planus lesions and 30 cases of normal skin tissues.Results Lichen planus lesions had significantly higher expression of both CD147 and MMP-7 than the control group(Z=-3.267,-2.331;P<0.05),and the expression of CD147 and MMP-7 was positively correlated with each other(r=0.587,P<0.05).Lichen planus lesions also had higher expression of MMP-3 than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of MMP-7 and CD147 is up-regulated in skin lesions of lichen planus;MMP-7 and CD147 may play important roles in the pathogenesis of lichen planus.
