自拟乌赤汤治疗厥阴寒实型子宫肌瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟乌赤汤对子宫肌瘤病人的临床疗效。方法将104例子宫肌瘤病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予自拟乌赤汤治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组病人临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.029,P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(30.77%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.914,P<0.05)。结论自拟乌赤汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Wuchi decoction in the treatment of patients with uterine myoma.Methods A total of 104 patients with uterine myoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone,and those in the observation group were treated with self-made Wuchi decoction.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and incidence rate of adverse reactions.Results The observation group had a significantly higher overall cure rate than the control group(χ^2=6.029,P<0.05).During the treatment,the observation group had a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse reactions than the control group(7.69%vs 30.77%;χ^2=8.914,P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Wuchi decoction has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of uterine myoma.
