摘　　要：老龄化背景下的老年劳动供给问题已成为决策者和学者关注的一个热点。对老年劳动供给的研究主要侧重于老年劳动供给影响因素的分析。本文分别梳理和归纳了国外学界有关健康、养老金和家庭三类因素对老年劳动供给影响的主要研究成果,重点概述了每类影响因素背后的机制,分析了经济学理论在这一应用研究领域的重要性。最后,本文总结了老年劳动供给问题研究的特点,以及对我国老年劳动供给的深入研究所具有的借鉴意义。Under the background of aging,labor supply of the elderly has become a hot topic concerned by policy makers and scholars.Factors affecting elderly labor supply is one of the key subjects of elderly labor supply.This paper reviews and summarizes recent economic studies on the effects of health,pension and families on elderly labor supply,focuses on the mechanisms through which these three factors affect elderly labor supply,highlights the importance of economic theory in this field.Finally,this paper discusses the feature of studies on the elderly labor supply and summarizes useful references for further research on the elderly labor supply in China.
