摘　　要：根据驻黎巴嫩维和医院任务区特点及实际工作开展情况,分析了维和医院医疗设备保障存在的难点和问题,探讨了从筹备到执行任务阶段维和医院与管理部门各层面的解决对策。提出了筹备阶段应加强人员培训、充分准备配件、收集和编撰资料,执行任务阶段应灵活维修、强化保养、开展计量质控、规范配件和档案信息管理、细化轮换交接、加强监督与经验交流等对策,从而为维和任务的圆满完成和持续、高效开展提供强有力的支撑。The difficulties and problems of medical equipment in the peacekeeping hospital were proposed based on the analysis on the practice of Lebanon peacekeeping hospital,then the countermeasures involving in stages from preparation to implementation were put forward for levels of agencies from the hospital to management.It's suggested that in the preparatory stage emphases be placed on personnel training,accessories reserve and file collection and editing,and in the implementation stage focuses be put on repair and maintenance,metrological quality control,standardized information management of accessories and archives,rotation regulation,supervision and communication and etc.
